The ROSE acknowledges and symbolizes the commitment of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, recreational therapists, physical therapy assistants and certified occupational therapy assistants to achieving high standards of professional development, dedication to continual learning and their contribution to advancing the practice of therapy disciplines throughout Good Shepherd.

Shannon Reidnauer, MS, CCC-SLP/L, says the ROSE Program represents an opportunity to increase awareness of various work happening across disciplines and locations, as well as learning how to apply those works of excellence to other parts of GSRN.

A celebratory event will be held in the future to recognize this outstanding group of therapy providers.
