Chief Information Officer
Terry O’Neil leads planning, implementation, operation and ongoing enhancement of technology that optimizes care delivery, service quality and business performance. Since joining the organization in January 2020, Terry also is responsible for information technology (IT) services, including digital health, program management, the company’s application portfolio, security, technical infrastructure, clinical engineering and support services.
Prior to Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, Terry worked within many aspects of the health-care IT field. Notably, Terry worked with McKesson HBOC as a health-care information systems rep; with Cap Gemini Ernst and Young as a healthcare information technology consultant; and with several health-care provider organizations, including Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), and as Chief Information Officer for several Catholic Health East/Trinity Health hospitals and its continuing care service line.
Terry graduated from Muhlenberg College with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and history, and worked on his master’s degree in finance at St. Joseph’s University.
